Say Ventures

Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the websites, apps, and related services offered by Say Ventures ("Say," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Who can use Say

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you use Say for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. You may use the services only in compliance with applicable law.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your phone number and email address up to date. Keep sign-in codes, credentials, and connected accounts secure. Do not share your account or impersonate someone else. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may send verification codes and essential account, security, or service messages. Requesting a code authorizes that verification message. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing. Your carrier may charge for messages or data.

3. Using the services

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Say for its intended purposes while you comply with these Terms. Do not:

We may investigate abuse and restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and the services.

4. Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. You grant Say a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the services and carry out your instructions.

Content you share with another person, a conversation, an agent, or a connected service may be accessible to those recipients. Invite links may let anyone holding the link access the information described when the link is created. Recipients may retain copies even after you delete your original content. Our license ends when your content is removed from the services, except for limited retention needed for backups, security, legal obligations, or content you have shared that remains in use by its recipients.

Our software, branding, and other materials belong to Say or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.

5. AI, agents, and connected services

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or authorizing an action. AI features are not a substitute for qualified professional advice, and Say is not an emergency service.

You decide which accounts, tools, and agents to connect and which actions to authorize. Review their permissions and revoke access when it is no longer needed. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or conduct.

Features labeled demo, preview, or beta may simulate behavior, change, or stop working. A demo response does not mean that an external message was delivered or a real-world action was completed.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and reservations

Any price, billing period, trial, renewal, tax, cancellation process, or refund policy will be disclosed before you purchase. Creating an account or requesting a sign-in code does not authorize a charge or start a paid subscription.

A subscription renews only as disclosed and agreed to at purchase. You can cancel using the method provided with your subscription; purchases through an app store are managed through that store. Cancellation stops future renewals, with access and any refund determined by the purchase terms and applicable law.

Specific reservation, credit, refund, or promotional terms shown at checkout govern that purchase and take priority over these general Terms if they conflict. Consulting work or custom projects may have a separate written agreement that takes priority for that work. Nothing here limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right you have under applicable law.

7. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and retain information. No online service is completely secure. Share sensitive information only when appropriate for the service and the recipients you choose, and keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

8. Availability and ending your use

We may update, change, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect a paid service and honor applicable purchase terms and legal obligations.

You may stop using Say at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Stopping use or deleting an app does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, a legal requirement, or a security risk. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe we made a mistake.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that the services will meet every need.

To the extent permitted by law, Say is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the services. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Say for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Your mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

10. Updates and other terms

We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date when we do. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the services or another appropriate channel before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after the revised Terms take effect means accepting them. If you disagree, stop using the services and cancel any subscription as described in its purchase terms.

These Terms, together with any applicable purchase or separate service agreement, form our agreement about the services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, and mandatory laws where you live continue to apply.
